Vintage Sapphire and Diamond “Eye” Shaped 18K Gold Dinner Ring

A sleek cabochon sapphire and baguette cut diamond ring set in buttery 18K gold.  The central gemmy sapphire displays a rich, silky blue color and weighs approximately 2.3 carats.  Calibrated sapphires and channel set-baguette cut diamonds are set along the shoulders of the ring, designed in a curved shape to mimic the appearance of an eye.  The interior of the ring is stamped “18” for 18K gold purity marks.  A gorgeous addition to any jewelry collection!
