Art Nouveau Rikers Brothers 14K Gold Dragon Pin

A rare Art Nouveau era pin designed by american maker Riker Brothers depicting a dragon with its tail coiled around a sword. Very beautifully detailed feathers and scales.  A ruby is set in the eye and wing while the sword is set with emeralds and a pearl.  In the back is a hook for hanging watches as well as the original C clasp pin.  The pin is stamped with the maker’s mark as well as for gold purity behind the dragon’s head.

Metal: 14K Yellow Gold

Weight: 5.1 grams

Measurements: 1” long by 1.1” wide

Markings: “14K” with maker’s mark 

Condition: In very good antique condition with some minor surface wear consistent with age.
